How it works

Each entity can be one of these four types

  1. Civilian
  2. Medic
  3. Zombie
  4. Corpse

The entities roam around using a kind of Boids algorithm. When they encounter each other, various things happen, including:

  • Zombies can infect civilians or medics. Upon infection they become a corpse and after a delay, come back as a zombie
  • Medics can bring corpses back to life or heal zombies back into civilians
  • Medics will also teach civilians to become medics. This takes more than one encounter.

Eventually the zombies or the medics will take over.
